Jimmy Busher brings a unique blend of ingenuity, integrity, and local knowledge to real estate in the Truckee/North Lake Tahoe area. Before entering the industry, he spent 10 years as a Wildland Firefighter on a Type 1 Hotshot Crew, serving across the country to protect communities and natural resources. That experience shaped his resilience, leadership, and calm-under-pressure mindset—qualities he now brings to every client interaction.  Jimmy also owns Lockwood Landscape Designs, a successful business known for crafting innovative landscape lighting solutions. As a Certified Arborist and longtime business owner, he’s no stranger to hard work, long-term planning, and delivering real results. His approach to real estate is rooted in listening, trust, and genuine care. “Listening is everything. I want my clients to feel truly heard—because when you understand someone’s vision, you can help them achieve it.” Jimmy is passionate about giving back and regularly participates in local beautification and community efforts. Outside of work, he enjoys backcountry skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and spending time in the mountains with family and friends.
